Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir daher einen Product Owner (m/w/d) für unser Tech Team (hybrid/remote). Das sind deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Lead-Matching-Software – unserer eigens entwickelten Kernanwendung zur automatisierten Neukundengewinnung. Du sorgst dafür, dass die Entwicklung reibungslos voranschreitet und unsere Entwickler jederzeit an den richtigen Prioritäten arbeiten. Du konzipierst eigenständig neue Features, nimmst Anforderungen aus den Fachabteilungen und von Usern auf und übersetzt sie in klare Arbeitspakete (z. B. Tickets, Mockups etc.). Du prüfst neue Features auf Funktionalität und Qualität, begleitest den Release-Prozess und verantwortest den Live-Gang.…
