Neben der einfachen Protokollierung solcher Abläufe in Textform haben sich verschiedene graphische Darstellungen als Standards entwickelt, mit denen ebensolche Prozesse übersichtlich und schnell erfassbar modelliert werden können, wie zum Beispiel Petri-Netze oder BPMN 2.0, die in Werkzeugen zur Geschäftsprozessmodellierung erstellt und gepflegt werden können. Neben der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen haben sich außerdem verschiedene Wissensmanagement-Plattformen etabliert, wie zum Beispiel Atlassian Confluence oder Microsoft Sharepoint, in denen parallel Unternehmenswissen festgehalten und gepflegt wird.…
