Ein digitaler Zwilling einer Organisation (Digital Twin of an Organization, kurz DTO) stellt eine umfassende digitale Abbildung eines Unternehmens dar, die eine Vielzahl von Beziehungen zwischen einzelnen Modellelementen (Prozessschritte, Rollen, Mitarbeiter, Systeme, Geschäftsobjekte etc.) enthält. Im Rahmen von Abschlussarbeiten sollen Konzepte und/oder Prototypen für die Umsetzung einer anschaulichen Visualisierung dieser umfangreichen Zusammenhänge entwickelt werden (ggf. unter Einsatz von Virtual Reality).
