Ihre Aufgaben Der Bereich Arbeitsrecht ist für das gesamte Arbeitsrecht der Nexperia Germany GmbH zuständig und betreut alle arbeitsrechtlich relevanten Themenkomplexe sowohl individual- als auch kollektivrechtlicher Art. Das Personalmanagement und die Fachbereiche werden in allen Fragen des Arbeits-, Betriebsverfassungs-, Sozial- und Tarifrechts sowie in allen personalpolitischen Grundsatzfragen beraten.
