Du übernimmst die weltweite kaufmännische Kundenbetreuung und bist erste Ansprechpartnerin oder erster Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Kunden. Eigenverantwortlich bearbeitest du Kundenaufträge und -anfragen und pflegst den Auftragsbestand präzise in den relevanten SAP-Modulen. Für reibungslose Lieferungen stimmst du dich eng mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Schnittstellen ab, um vorgelagerte Prozessschritte optimal zu koordinieren. Du bringst dich aktiv in spannende Projekte ein, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung, und gestaltest so unsere Zukunft mit. Deine Tätigkeit umfasst die Erstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung diverser Reportings und KPI-Auswertungen in der Kundenplanung.…
