Your area of work: We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to strengthen Deutsche Börse Group Compliance in the area of ESG and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will join Deutsche Börse AG’s Group Compliance Oversight / Law & Regulation team and help ensure compliance with ESG-related regulatory requirements and proactively mitigate compliance or reputational risks, with a specific focus on preventing greenwashing and social washing. You will develop and maintain our ESG compliance framework, provide expert guidance to employees across the group, and support the Human Rights Officer in the central monitoring of our framework under the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG).
