Praktikant*in in Operational Excellence für Oktober 2026 (alle Geschlechter) DEINE AUFGABEN UND LERNFELDER Du arbeitest am Bayer Standort Grenzach im Bereich der Verpackung halbfester Arzneiformen und unterstütztdas Operational Excellence Team (OE-Team). Deine Tätigkeiten haben folgende Schwerpunkte: Unterstützung von operativen und administrativen Themen im Zusammenhang mit unserem Product SupplySystem (PSS) bzw. bei der selbständigen Durchführung von Operational Excellence- und PSS Projekten. Optimierung von u.a. Arbeitsabläufen Unterstützung der Ausbildung der Mitarbeitenden und Verbesserung der internen Kommunikation im Teamsowie mit Schnittstellen insbesondere mit digitalen Tools unter Einbeziehung von Daten und Datenanalysen Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung…
