Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Falle einer Fahrzeugpanne. Du bist verantwortlich für die Annahme von Anrufen und das korrekte Erfassen der Daten im System. Du bist für die Abwicklung und Vermittlung der Pannenfälle zuständig. Du koordinierst dabei alle notwendigen Pannenhilfsdienste – von Direkthilfe am Telefon, Reparatur vor Ort bis hin zur Organisation von Ersatzmobilität und stellst die Servicequalität sicher. Du begleitest die Kunden durch den gesamten Pannenprozess, hältst sie auf dem Laufenden und stellst deren Zufriedenheit sicher. Du bietest schnelle und direkte Hilfe bei einfachen technischen Anfragen per Telefon an. Du stellst die nahtlose Weiterreise des Kunden sicher und organisierst die Reparatur seines Fahrzeuges.…
