Du planst, verbesserst und betreust unsere hochmodernen Dreh- und Schleiflinien, um die Komponentenfertigung für elektrische Antriebe kontinuierlich zu optimieren. Aktiv gestaltest du die Zukunft mit, indem du dich intensiv mit Themen wie Lean Production, Industrie 4.0 und der weltweiten Wertstromkoordination im Produktionsnetzwerk auseinandersetzt. Interdisziplinär arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie der Fertigungswerkstatt, Logistik, Industrial Engineering und Technischen Funktionen zusammen, um ganzheitliche Lösungen zu entwickeln. Eigenverantwortlich leitest du Projekte im Rahmen der Lean Production, basierend auf dem Bosch Produktionssystem, und treibst so die Prozessoptimierung voran.…
