Du entwickelst ein KI‑basiertes SoH‑Konzept, das die verbleibende Nutzungsdauer von Elektronik präzise abschätzt und als Grundlage für nachhaltige Produktentscheidungen dient. Eine Produktentscheidungsmatrix unter Berücksichtigung von Kriterien wie Wirtschaftlichkeit und Design erarbeitest du und führst diese zur Anwendungsreife. Das entwickelte SoH‑Konzept bewertest du umfassend, indem du geeignete Methoden wie die hybride Modellierung einsetzt und deren Wirksamkeit nachweist. Darüber hinaus wendest du deine Erkenntnisse auf ein Fokusprodukt an und integrierst Inspektionsdaten aus der Produktion (SPI, AOI, AXI), 0‑km‑Ausfalldaten, Zuverlässigkeitsdaten sowie Feldbelastungen.…
