Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Team Lead Health Operations Logistics (alle Geschlechter) mit Sitz in Berlin oder im Homeoffice in Deutschland. Deine Mission bei uns: Du übernimmst die disziplinarische Führung des Teams, das die administrativen und logistischen Abläufe entlang von Course Delivery, Service und Prüfungen rund um unsere Kurse verantwortet. Du steuerst die Leistung deines Teams über klare KPIs, Datenanalysen und Forecasts, setzt Prioritäten und leitest strukturelle Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab. Dein Ziel ist eine schlanke, skalierbare Betriebsstruktur mit klaren Verantwortlichkeiten, die durch datengetriebene Automatisierung kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird, bei gleichbleibend hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Termintreue.
