Job Description: Als Verfahrensmechaniker für Beschichtungstechnik (m/w/d) trägst Du die Beschichtungsstoffe bzw. Lacke auf Metall- und Kunststoffoberflächen unter den notwendigen Umweltanforderungen auf. Mit Hilfe von technischen Zeichnungen lackierst Du die einzelnen Bauteile der Flugzeuge sowohl innen als auch außen. Zusätzlich dazu planst und koordinierst Du die Arbeitsabläufe im Rahmen des Fertigungsprozesses und bereitest Werkstücke für die unterschiedlichsten Beschichtungen vor. Hierfür bedienst, überwachst und pflegst Du entsprechende Einrichtungen und Anlagen. Du lernst in der Ausbildung verschiedene Beschichtungsverfahren kennen und erfährst, wie Du gebrauchsfertige Stoffkonzentrationen, Lösungen und Mischungen herstellst.
