Unsere Ausbildung teilt sich auf in einer Grundausbildung im Berufsbildungswerk Nordhessen in Kassel mit Präsenztagen bei uns. Ab dem zweiten Lehrjahr wirst du im 2-Schicht-System am Standort in den Fachabteilungen Fertigung, Montage, Messraum und Qualitätssicherung eingesetzt. Dort erlangst du ein umfangreiches Wissen und Fähigkeiten für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit als Zerspanungsmechaniker. Da uns auch das soziale Miteinander sehr am Herzen liegt, gehören Veranstaltungen wie Familientage, gemeinsame Fachexkursionen und Messebesuche sowie Flugstunden mit einem Ultraleichtflugzeug fest zu unserem Terminplan.
