Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Paid Social bei likeyaa und baust den Bereich strukturell mit aus, in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Head of Data & Growth und dem Strategy Team Du planst, setzt auf und optimierst Paid-Social-Kampagnen auf Meta und TikTok sowie Demand-Gen-Kampagnen auf YouTube/Google für unterschiedliche Kunden Du übernimmst sowohl die Budget- und Kampagnensteuerung einzelner Kampagnen, als auch die Steuerung ganzer Accounts gegen harte Sales Ziele Du analysierst Kampagnen-, Funnel- und Shop-Daten und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungen für Creatives, Targeting und Budgetverteilung ab Du entwickelst zusammen mit Data & Growth Reportings und Dashboards weiter und definierst KPIs In enger Abstimmung mit der Konzeption entwickelst du hypothesengetriebene…
