We are looking for a Project Contract Manager to join our office in Berlin and Düsseldorf! Key challenges for this role: Managing the contracts lifecycle during project execution and warranty phases, including but not limited to review and draft of amendments, contractual documents, renewal of contracts. Providing guidance and interpretation of contractual clauses and requirements. Support and champion the change management process. This includes drafting and reviewing change orders, claims, back charges and penalties, defense of incoming claims vis-a-vis customers, subcontractors, and key vendors. Safeguarding contractual obligations including tracking and timely issuance of notifications, monitoring of milestones in cooperation with the project team.…
