In der Projektleitung verantworten Sie schlüsselfertige Hochbauprojekte von der Planung über die Ausführung bis zur Abnahme und Mängelhaftung. Sie klären technische Details, verhandeln und vergeben Nachunternehmerleistungen pauschal. Unsere Kunden betreuen Sie professionell und sind von der Ausführungsplanung über die Bauphase bis zur Nachbetreuung deren zentraler Ansprechpartner. Sie steuern das gesamte Projektteam, bestehend aus internen Kollegen, externen Partnern und Fachingenieuren, und sorgen für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.
