Upway ist ein schnell wachsendes Startup und baut den größten Marktplatz für refurbished E-Bikes auf. Für unseren Standort in Stuttgart suchen wir eine:n Head of Bike Mechanics / Werkstattleiter:in (m/w/d). Du leitest eine große Werkstatt mit in Zukunft über 100 Zweiradmechaniker:innen und bist verantwortlich für den gesamten E-Bike-Reparatur- und Qualitätsprozess. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bringst du gebrauchte E-Bikes verschiedenster Typen (MTB, City, Cargo, Speed) technisch und optisch auf Top-Niveau. Du arbeitest ohne Kundenkontakt in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Werkstatt und führst dein Team fachlich, praxisnah und mit Blick fürs Detail. Abwechslung ist garantiert – vom stark genutzten Bike bis zum fast neuwertigen E-Bike mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit.…
