We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager (all genders) to help shape and scale our Procurement function in Berlin. You will establish and implement strategic procurement processes, build the first material group strategies and drive their end-to-end implementation. You will prepare and lead contract negotiations and contribute to the professionalisation and digitisation of Procurement. Material Groups in Scope: Timber / CLT (cross-laminated timber) and related engineered wood products Steel (structural steel, connectors, fasteners, profiles) Windows / Façade systems (glazing, frames, façade elements, seals) MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) including HVAC, electrical components, piping and sub-assemblies What You'll Be Doing: 1) Build strategic procurement foundations…
