Deine Rolle Als Creator Channel Manager (all genders) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung, Weiterentwicklung und Performance des Creator-Kanals. Die Rolle verbindet Strategie, Analyse, Stakeholder-Management und operative Steuerung und geht damit weit über das klassische Influencer-Management hinaus. Der Creator-Kanal hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren stark weiterentwickelt. Während die operative Creator-Akquise größtenteils über eine Agentur gesteuert wird und die kreative Strategie beim Creative Strategist liegt, wirst Du Dich auf die strategische Kanalsteuerung konzentrieren: von Agenturmanagement und Performance-Optimierung über innovative Vergütungsmodelle bis hin zur Identifikation neuer Wachstumschancen.
