Bauleistungen, FM, technische Services, Medien, Planungsleistungen etc.) Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern Aufbau, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsfähigen Lieferantenportfolios Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektentwicklung, Asset Management, Property Management, Utilities, Technik und Controlling etc.…
