Dann werde Teamleiter Schadenmanagement (m/w/d) am Standort Hannover und gestalte gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Bearbeitung von Sach-Schäden. Das erwartet dich Du verantwortest die kunden- und kostenorientierte Schadenbearbeitung, steuerst Arbeitsmengen, telefonische Erreichbarkeit und Mitarbeitereinsatz mithilfe relevanter KPIs und Dashboards. Als Teamleiter Schadenmanagement (m/w/d) förderst du die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams durch regelmäßige Mitarbeitergespräche, Arbeitsplatzbegleitungen und gezielte Schulungsmaßnahmen. Mit einem lösungsorientierten, agilen Ansatz sicherst du eine kontinuierlich hohe Qualität in der Sach-Schadenbearbeitung.…
