Within PIMCO Prime Real Estate, the global Valuation Team is responsible for the valuation of all real estate investments and coordinates the selection and commissioning of external valuers as well as the acceptance and reporting of the market values. Integrated in the Portfolio department, the team provides comprehensive support to Allianz's internal clients and supports our third-party client activities with sound valuation know-how. The interdisciplinary cooperation with Transaction and Asset Management as well as Finance results in a varied and exciting daily project routine in the context of one of the largest international real estate managers with diverse development and career opportunities.…
