Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Strategy and Transactions Teams am Standort Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf oder München berätst du unsere Kund:innen zu strategischen Fragestellungen rund um das Thema Business Development und Private Equity. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Du analysierst und bewertest Wertschöpfungsketten im Rahmen von Unternehmenstransaktionen für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kund:innen. Du bereitest finanzielle Analysen sowie operative und Carve-Out-Due-Diligence-Berichte vor, oft als Teil von multidisziplinären, integrierten Due-Diligence-Teams. Du bewertest und implementierst Add-on-Akquisitionen und Carve-outs in Portfoliounternehmen.…
