Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Du bist Teil der Commercial-Due-Dilligence-Gruppe und arbeitest eng mit spannenden Mid- und Large-Cap Funds auf anspruchsvollen Transaktionen. Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Projektleitung für die Erstellung von Commercial-Due-Diligence-Berichten. Du arbeitest mit Funds und Portfoliogesellschaften an transformativen Strategic Value Creation Projekten. Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Private-Equity-Practice ein.
