Über HeyVera Unsere KI-Assistentin Vera übernimmt die Telefonie für Hausverwaltungen: Sie nimmt Anliegen auf, erkennt Notfälle und spielt alles direkt in die Verwaltersoftware ein. Über 250 Hausverwaltungen setzen bereits auf HeyVera, und wir wachsen schnell. Unser Ziel: Customer Success, der mit KI und Automatisierung skaliert, nicht mit immer mehr Köpfen. Deine Mission Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden mit HeyVera erfolgreich starten, Vera langfristig optimal nutzen und mit uns wachsen.
