Your mission As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Boardwise, you will act as a trusted advisor to some of our largest enterprise customers, including leading German corporations and DAX-listed companies. Your role goes beyond traditional Customer Success. You combine strategic account ownership with consulting, change management, and executive stakeholder management. You will guide customers through implementation, adoption, and organisational change, while advising Board Offices, Executive Assistants, Governance teams, and C-level stakeholders on how to improve collaboration, meeting processes, and decision-making. You should feel confident leading customer meetings independently, facilitating workshops on-site, and representing Boardwise in highly professional corporate environments.…
