Deine Mission Als Senior Customer Operations Manager bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Customer Success, Projektmanagement und unserer Softwareentwicklung. Du übernimmst anspruchsvolle technische Kundenanfragen, analysierst komplexe Problemstellungen und sorgst für nachhaltige Lösungen. Gleichzeitig optimierst du unsere operativen Abläufe und gestaltest den weiteren Aufbau unseres Customer-Operations-Bereichs. Die Position verbindet technischen 2nd-Level-Support und operatives SaaS-Kundenmanagement.
