Unser Ziel: Praxisteams sollen sich um Patient:innen kümmern können statt um Papierkram. Deine Aufgaben Als Person, die den Praxisalltag in- und auswendig kennt, unterstützt du Zahnarztpraxen im Customer Support (m/w/d) und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Software. Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen per Chat, E-Mail und Telefon. Du begleitest Praxen bei der Nutzung unserer Plattform und hilfst bei technischen Fragen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team zusammen, um den Service kontinuierlich zu verbessern.…
