Über 321 MED Mit unserer Online-Rezeption helfen wir bereits 600+ Praxen, MVZ und Kliniken in ganz Deutschland dabei, Mitarbeiter:innen zu entlasten und besser für Patienten da zu sein. Über 3.000.000 Patienten werden über unsere Lösung betreut, und jeden Monat kommen ca. 50-100 neue Einrichtungen hinzu. Deine Aufgaben Du betreust Praxen, MVZ und Kliniken dabei, unsere Online-Rezeption optimal im Alltag zu nutzen. Unterstützung bei Fragen im täglichen Betrieb Schrittweise Optimierung des Systems gemeinsam mit den Kunden Protokollierung von Feedback und Wünschen für das Entwicklungsteam Du arbeitest eng mit Praxisteams zusammen.
