Für unseren Kunden Allreal-Gruppe suchen wir eine/n Senior Bauleiter/in Hochbau - Grossprojekt Wohnungsbau, 80-100% Du lebst deine Projekte, hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und blühst in einem anspruchsvollen, professionellen Umfeld auf? Bei diesem Grossprojekt im Wohnungsbau übernimmst du als Senior Bauleiter/in die örtliche Bauleitung und bringst deine Erfahrung dort ein, wo sie gefragt ist. Aufgaben Du übernimmst die örtliche Bauleitung von Auftragserteilung bzw. Submission bis zum Projektabschluss. Du koordinierst alle am Bau beteiligten Unternehmer über den gesamten Projektverlauf hinweg. Du planst und überwachst Termine, Qualitäten und Kosten für die dir anvertrauten Projektabschnitte.…
