Dans le cadre de son développement, Plantex recherche son/sa futur(e) Responsable Ressources Humaines Généraliste. Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Directeur Général du site et fonctionnellement à la DRH Nactis, vous êtes l'interlocuteur RH de référence pour un périmètre d'environ 80 collaborateurs. Au quotidien, vous accompagnez les managers et les équipes sur l'ensemble des enjeux RH, en combinant proximité terrain, expertise opérationnelle et sens du service.
