Unser Kunde, mit über 25 Produktionsstandorte in 16 Ländern, sucht durch uns für dir Region Chur, eine Persönlichkeit für die Position Personalbereichsleiter/in 80-100% Aufgaben Personalrekrutierung und –betreuung inklusive der damit zusammenhängenden administrativen Aufgaben für rund 400 Mitarbeitende in Ihrem eigenen Verantwortungsbereich Selbstständige Betreuung der HR-Prozesse wie Planung, Gewinnung, Einsatz, Entwicklung, Erhaltung, Austritt Ansprechpartner für Linienvorgesetzte und Mitarbeitende in allen Personalbelangen Mitarbeit in HR-spezifischen Themen und Projekten wie Absenzmanagement, Personalentwicklung, Nachwuchsförderung, etc.…
