Deine Aufgaben Als Projekt & Operations Managerübernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im operativen Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte, Ressourcen und interne Abläufe zuverlässig ineinandergreifen. Operative Steuerung: Koordination des täglichen Geschäftsbetriebs über die Bereiche Werkstatt, Produktion, Entwicklung, Projektkoordination, Beschaffung und Flugbetrieb hinweg. Projektkoordination: Steuerung mehrerer paralleler Entwicklungs-, Liefer- und Forschungsprojekte hinsichtlich Terminen, Ressourcen, Qualität und Budgets. Priorisierung: Wöchentliche Abstimmung der Projektprioritäten, Kapazitäten und Ressourcen sowie eigenständige Lösung entstehender Konflikte. Produktion: Koordination von Produktion, Ausgangsprüfung und Auslieferung der Drohnensysteme.…
