The Project Manager (f/m/d) manages multiple cross-functional projects supporting R&D, new product introductions, product development, and continuous improvement. The role also serves as a local coordination lead for technical teams at the Germany site, helping align priorities, remove execution barriers, resolve issues, and identify innovative ways to solve problems. This position reports into the Global Central R&D Functions group, partners closely with the Germany site, and has a dotted-line relationship to the senior R&D lead at the UK site. The role is located in Germany and is on-site.
