Main responsibilities Act as the owner's commercial and contractual authority across the construction lifecycle, providing governance and assurance over the contract management performed by our EPCM partner. Build and sustain a strong, constructive partnership with the EPCM — challenging and validating their commercial positions, decisions, and reporting rather than duplicating their work. Work closely with the owner's-side quantity surveyors on measurement, valuation, cost checking, and the independent assessment of contractor applications and claims. Oversee change and claims management: review and test variations, change orders, and contractor claims to protect Sanofi's position, and support negotiation and settlement.…
