Deine Mission Als Onboarding & Lifecycle Communications Manager sorgst Du dafür, dass sich unsere Kund:innen ab dem Vertragsabschluss jederzeit gut informiert fühlen: Was passiert als Nächstes, was muss ich tun, wann geht es los? Du übernimmst die Staffel von Marketing und verantwortest die gesamte Kommunikation danach, per E-Mail und künftig auch in unserer App. Dein Maßstab ist einfach: Jede Frage, die Deine Kommunikation vorab beantwortet, muss unser Service-Team nicht mehr beantworten. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten Du verantwortest unsere Kundenkommunikation ab Vertragsabschluss: von der Vertragsbestätigung über das Onboarding und den Belieferungsstart bis in die laufende Kundenbeziehung.…
