JOIN OUR TEAM As a Junior Voice of the Customer (VOC) Manager, you will join our VOC team to help turn customer feedback into meaningful improvements across our product range and overall customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding thoughtfully to product reviews received through our feedback channels, ensuring our customers feel heard. Beyond review management, you will play a crucial role in analysing reviews, customer care tickets, and sales data to identify recurring trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
