As a Hub Manager on Via’s Operations team, you are the force that keeps our services running reliably for the communities that depend on them. This is a high-ownership, boots-on-the-ground role where you’ll lead the daily operations of our on-demand RMV services across the greater Frankfurt area, tackle real-time challenges, drive optimization, and ensure our riders are transported safely and reliably. A big part of the role is optimizing how our field team and service operate: using data to quickly answer operational questions, identify opportunities, improve processes, and lead AI and automation projects.
