About the Role You will take over CODE's paid campaigns, with Meta Ads and Google Ads as your core channels. Working with Growth, Admissions and our in-house content team, you will attract prospective students to our Bachelor's and Master's programmes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including setup, budget allocation, uploads and day-to-day optimisation. Check links, UTMs and conversion tracking; monitor spend, lead quality and application outcomes. Run focused tests and share clear results with Growth and Admissions. Strategize and conceptionalize performance creatives to find our next winner ad (video or image) Work with the in-house content team on ad concepts and creative feedback; the team produces the assets.…
