Job Summary: The Depositary Manager is responsible for overseeing the funds' domicile control and oversight program, managing client interactions, and ensuring the completeness of the operating model. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in board and regulatory interactions, and the ability to lead the relationship with regulators in the domicile. The role performs a broad range of client engagement, onboarding of new funds, offboarding and fund control and oversight tasks including escalation management. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the oversight program for funds in the domicile, ensuring compliance with local depositary regulatory regimes.
