People OPS & Office Manager, DACH

Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. As People OPS & Office Manager, you will own the people operations and office backbone of our DACH organization. You will play a critical role across people operations (payroll, contracts, employee lifecycle), HR administration and compliance, and office management for our Berlin sites (Upcenter and managers), working closely with the GM DACH and our external partners (accountant, payroll provider, service providers). This role is ideal for a highly organized, people person, detail-oriented person who thrives on running reliable processes autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
