The Senior Program Manager is accountable for delivery of business critical, strategic and complex multi-site, Research, Industrial and NPI Programs and Portfolios with major business impact. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for building the program blueprint, including planning the required work, resource FTE required and associated costs, making sure that it is done to the correct standards, including scenario creation to support business decision making. Additionally, the Senior Program Manager will manage all changes, problems, and risks to achieve defined portfolio results according to the desired product group growth plans.…
