Deine Rolle: Als Engagement Manager (d/m/w) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Strukturierung, Planung und Steuerung komplexer strategischer und transformatorischer Projekte. Du führst Projektteams, arbeitest eng mit dem Senior Management zusammen und stellst die erfolgreiche Erreichung der definierten Projektziele sicher. Deine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte: Du verantwortest Strategie- und Transformationsprojekte von der Konzeption und Strukturierung über das Projektsetup und die Planung bis zur Begleitung des Übergangs in die Umsetzung.
