Während deines Praktikums entwickelst du ein standortspezifisches Konzept für Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) am Standort Dresden. Dabei analysierst du bestehende Abläufe und definierst Zielbilder samt Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten. Methodenbeschreibungen sowie Handlungs- und Arbeitsanweisungen für die Instandhaltung verfasst und strukturierst du übersichtlich. Zur Qualifizierung der Kolleg:innen erstellst du Web Based Trainings (WBT) und weitere Schulungsunterlagen für TPM- und Instandhaltungsmethoden. Du begleitest Pilotanwendungen des TPM-Konzepts und holst fundiertes Feedback direkt aus den Fachbereichen ein. Nicht zuletzt leitest du aus den Pilotphasen Verbesserungspotenziale ab und entwickelst unsere Instandhaltungsstandards fortlaufend weiter.…
