WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our P3 team in Germany (Frankfurt). SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Independent strategic asset management of commercial real estate (logistics) in line with the defined investment strategy. Development and implementation of asset strategies and business plans to increase property value. Conducting macro- and micro-market analyses, identifying trends and performing SWOT analyses. Preparation of hold/sell analyses and derivation of strategic recommendations. Initiation and support of acquisition and disposition processes. Risk monitoring and management across the asset portfolio. Optimization of income and expenses (NOI, GRI, NAV) and creation of financial forecasts.…
