Wir suchen Masterabsolvent:innen mit unternehmerischem Denken und Gestaltungswillen, die im Junior Managers Program Verantwortung übernehmen und sich auf eine Karriere im HR- oder kaufmännischen Management vorbereiten möchten. Im Verlauf des Programms (12-24 Monate) kombinierst du Personal- und kaufmännische Stationen in Deutschland und im Ausland, arbeitest an strategisch relevanten Projekten und baust ein umfassendes Verständnis dafür auf, wie Menschen, Organisation und Geschäftserfolg zusammenwirken. Je nach Profil und Entwicklungsziel erhältst du Einblicke in Bereiche wie HR Strategy, Digitalization, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Controlling, Finance oder Business Development.…
