Als Projektmanager Flächenmanagement & Standortentwicklung (m/w/divers) sind Sie verantwortlich für die optimale Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Flächen- und Gebäuderessourcen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern zusammen. Je nach Qualifikation erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben: Analyse und Optimierung von Flächen-, Raum- und Nutzungsstrukturen am Standort Hannover-Stöcken. Entwicklung zukunftsorientierter Konzepte für die Flächen- und Gebäudenutzung. Abstimmung von Flächenbedarfen sowie Planung von Flächenanpassungen und Umzügen für Mieter. Erstellung von Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Bereichsleitungen. Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen und wirtschaftlichen Nutzung der Flächen- und Gebäuderessourcen.…
