The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Block Manager / Block Management Team Leader to join our bespoke managing agent based in Sevenoaks, covering the West Kent area. This is a key role within the business, with overall responsibility for a specialist block-management team of four — two property managers and two accounts administrators — together with oversight of a portfolio of approximately 50 residential blocks, none exceeding 18 metres in height.
