Team The People Solutions team serves as the strategic engine room of Raisin’s People & Culture team by building a secure, data-driven, and compliant infrastructure that scales the organization. By bridging the gap between strategy and technology, the team optimizes HRIS systems to eliminate manual work, leverages analytics and AI to drive smarter business decisions, and acts as a compliance anchor managing audits, policies, and risk. Your Responsibilities We are looking for a Senior People Application Manager to own the administration, architecture, and strategic optimization of Raisin’s People applications. You will ensure smooth operations of the HRIS and its connected applications and be the final point of escalation for incident resolution across our People tooling stack.…
