📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d'équipe B2C, le/la Responsable e-merchandising garantit la performance des ventes du secteur et des opérations dont il/elle a la charge 🎯 MISSIONS Mettre en place la mise en scène du catalogue produits (arborescence des ventes/choix et ordre des visuels) afin d’optimiser le chiffre d’affaire et de maximiser les indicateurs de performance (marge, sell out, taux de conversion, panier moyen, NPS) en utilisant les outils de merchandising à disposition (cross-selling, ranking, filtre, tête de gondole…); Valoriser et personnaliser l’expérience shopping notamment par l’ajout de contenu(s) (éditos, vidéos, conseils…), en facilitant la navigation et la recherche produits, et/ou par la segmentation produit afin de faciliter l’expérience…
